Would you change XML editors? M$ will make XML the default in Word 12. Which is nice for those who are tired of the proprietary binary formats, but a little late for those of us who are already authoring in XML. Would you change XML editors to be able to use Word? Not me. . . Office 12 to Get New File Formats. Microsoft is making XML-based file formats the default in its next-generation Office suite. Will users bite or take flight?
