Quick note to test the connection from my Ericsson phone. I'll be using it to update this site as I'm travelling - if it works I won't need to visit cyber-cafes everytime I want to post an update! (also something tells me they may not be easy to find in the Scottish Isles).
It's proving difficult to get it to work; the best I can get is a very very slow connection (2400bps)... clearly I've got some more work to do... I'm hoping I'll get something better; if I do, I'll post a page on how I got it all to work, in case anyone wants to try the same system! |
