Keeping an Eye on the P2P Bill
One of the good guys on the P2P bill, Rick Boucher, won reelection handily on Tuesday. So did Zoe Lofgren, another voice of reason on the House subcommittee that will consider a recrafted version of Howard Berman's bill next year. Berman already says he will make some changes to the bill. Why not send Boucher (ninthnet@mail.house.gov), and Lofgren (zoe.lofgren@mail.house.gov) some congratulatory email, and help ensure that Tara Grubb did not run in vain.
