Er, Ruf!. As of 9:00 PM ET, 4,807 people have raised $301,043.03. Oh dear. I'm running out of words for awe and its just the beginning, and as amazing as it is, we have so much work to do, so many people for everyone to contact, so many more people to bring in. To make this work, it will take as many people as contributed today reaching out, opening their address books and phone lists and email circles.
So Kasey, the campaign dog, is getting in on it with a new postcard. He says, "The special interests are hoarding all the biscuits. Join me in putting the power back in the hands of the American people. Ruf!" (I promise, I don't even know how to begin dog-ghostwriting, so if you have any comments about that being corny, talk to Mathew.)
