More on Bush's Medieval Inner Circle:

The Emperor has a New Suit.

Bush said he insulates himself from the "opinions" that seep into news coverage by getting his news from his own aides. He said he scans headlines, but rarely reads news stories.

"I appreciate people's opinions, but I'm more interested in news," the president said. "And the best way to get the news is from objective sources, and the most objective sources I have are people on my staff who tell me what's happening in the world."

- AP article

note that I added the italics, but AP put the quotes around "opinions"...

Americans Ask George Bush, 'What About Us?'
Americans Ask George Bush, 'What About Us?'

It's almost impossible to read this article about our money being spent in Iraq and not get angry at George W. Bush. Most of our 50 state governments are experiencing a financial shortfall.

I've said it before on this weblog, forget the Democrats - the Republicans will not stand for this abuse of the Treasury. I'm in Arizona, and I can hear the blood boiling from here. Remember the first words of the Constitution? We the People of the United States...

Iraq rebuilding costs specified.
