Proof that my weblog is cutting edge and needs to be recognized, r u down wit dat? I first brought up Microsoft's little .Net name switcheroo in their commercials here. I found it interesting that they once had three .Net commercials (if you don't know what .Net is, don't worry, it's really just a geeky little software revolution and MS is doing the old bait-and-switch on the name anyway) but that those exact same three commercials had been changed to Microsoft Server Software commercials.

Now it seems that MS has come out in the open with their name switch. Read about it here, here, and here.

I thought something was up when those commercials changed. . .get your cutting edge, edge of the envelope changes in the world here first. . .or not. . .I'm just pumping for readers at this point. . .heh

Once again, no time to post on this, much less read it this morning but if you're into Dickens and Upton Sinclair and thought those author's books had improved working conditions for the uninitiated, think again. This is a long article, 8 pages, but hits close to home since it's profiling what seems to be a corrupt and extremely unsafe business in Tyler, Texas.

I'll try to read it all tonight and give my three readers the scoop.

Screw gays in the military, what about gays in football? I don't really have the time to wax poetically on this subject but it's an interesting read. . .
