FDA Online
I'm not sure if I've visited the FDA's website before. If I have, it's been a while. There's a lot of good information there, including current tips for Halloween candy and makeup. They also have a helpful bioterrorism page. We should keep this resource in mind as we develop our State homeland security portal. Another good resource is Foodsafety.gov.

National ID
Finland has a national electronic ID card. The card is also used as an official travel document in other European countries. I don't know if Utah is ready for that. I wonder if the Finnish people are afraid of big brother.
Finland also has a nice forms search engine for citizen access.
