If you know French you must see this: Les Guignols of vendredi 10 septembre with Oussama Ben Laden chanting 'For Mor Yeaz, For Mor Yeaz'.
10:02:14 PM

Be the New Leader and fight Blair in the Downing Street Fighter or throw stones at McDonald's and Shell in Brick a Brand and there'z many, many more good games for cyberkidz.

The Bush memos are authentic (see also here).
Whenever the republicans and right-wingers come up with something, you can bet on it they are lying. When they breathe, they are lying. I told you so.
The typography is perfectly in accordance with that of other memos from that time.
Doug's: "This evening CNN laid to rest the whole bit about superscripts by stating that other authenticated National Guard documents from the same era, that have nothing to do with Bush, contained superscripts."

Here are the facts about unemployment, job creation and the stock market as related to Bush Sr., Clinton and Bush Jr. (via AWholeLottaNothing).

Lauren Bacall sums it all up: "Heaven help us from that fool."

The Capital Times: "Stefan Halper and Jonathan Clarke are experienced, conservative foreign policy experts. Halper served as deputy assistant secretary of state in the Reagan administration, and Clarke had extensive service in the British diplomatic corps.
'America Alone' levels a broad indictment against the Bush administration, which in the name of the war on terror has launched the Iraq war, mounted an assault on personal liberties at home, engaged in a purposeful deceit of the media and the public and, above all, has inflicted terrible damage on U.S. moral authority. The chief culprits for the authors are the neocons, who are depicted as conspirators who hijacked American foreign policy.
Alas, the president and his advisers have rediscovered American history and policy only as our financial and military resources have dwindled, our moral authority has evaporated, our allies have become alienated and, worst of all, our adversaries are newly energized.
Regime change in Iraq, as this book tells us, has substituted one order of chaos for another, but this time at the cost of substantial American blood and treasure. The war in Iraq was imposed amid a climate of fear and patriotic fervor, with manufactured deceptions about our purposes and the enemy's."

Chicago Sun-Times: "At least five governors received envelopes in the mail Thursday rigged to ignite when opened. In Montana, the envelope prompted the evacuation of part of the state Capitol.
All the letters appeared to have come from a maximum-security prison in Nevada, where another letter also turned up at the office of the state corrections director."
Security in the homeland? Forget it! Is this one of Dubya's tricks and is he sending his dirty letters now from maximum-security state prisons? And, George, while you're at it, what about those anthrax letters? Found those criminals yet?

Another parody: The Dick Cheney Code.
