And George W. Bush is responsible for the debacle America is experiencing at present. "Our nation is at war, our economy is in recession and the civilized world faces unprecedented dangers."
Thanks a lot, George. I have never seen such a bunch of losers standing up and applauding a moron and their own failure. In this State of the Union Bush isn't promising you a rose garden. He wants YOU to pay for his mistakes and evildoing.

His Gothic speech is full of threats, bleak prospects and doom. And what he says keeps ringing in our ears: "Sieg Heil!".
His speech is based on the same old lies, false patriotism and self-glorification.

But hey, don't worry, be happy. George is there to make your tax relief permanent (if you're a millionaire that is). "Let's roll", he said. It will be straight into hell.
When on earlier occasions he was full of 'libbedy and freedumb', the subject this time is terror, terrorism and terrorists and - read his lips - it is here to stay.
Watch his alternative speech, it's much closer to reality.
"Bush's speech was studded with points that are dear to Corporate America." Read how cynical and callously Business Week writes about the state of the union.

TheLedger: "Exxon Mobil, aided by strong energy prices, disclosed Monday that it had set a record for profits among American companies, reporting $36 billion in annual income. But while most companies would be proud to trumpet record profits, Exxon Mobil did everything it could to play down the news.

For Exxon Mobil, which also handily widened its lead over Wal-Mart as the company with the largest revenues in the nation, the report was an embarrassment of riches. Anxious about criticism of the results, executives began laying the groundwork months ago to try to prevent a political reaction against the company and the energy industry.
Oil for March delivery rose Monday to $68.35 a barrel, up 59 cents, in New York trading."
