Let It Snow Luckily I have today off from work, because the snow is really coming down out there.  It started around 10am and has been going strong up through the middle of the afternoon.  I have no idea when it'll stop since it has already passed the predicted one inch of accumulation.  Franklin and I will just have to sit back and continue to watch it come down. Speaking of Franklin, he's facinated by the snow.  I opened up the bedroom door that opens onto the balcony, and the little furry guy wasted no time sticking his head out the door and checking out the white stuff for himself.  Eventually he took a couple of tentative steps outside, but quickly realized that snow tends to be cold, and bolted back inside.  But I did capture proof that Franklin has boldly gone where his dumb ass has never gone before. I wasn't about to let him have all the glory, though.  Putting together a lot of thought, creativity and effort, I managed to sculpt my first ever snowman.  I present to you my masterpiece.  Would you have thought of using a Cheeze Whiz cap as a hat?  Didn't think so. Maybe later I'll make a bigger dork of myself and go catch snowflakes on my tongue.  Or maybe not.  3:41:44 PM     |
