I Shovel More Snow Before 7 a.m Than You Do All Day So this morning I get a phone call at 4:50 a.m. letting me know, that because of the snow, school would be starting two hours later this morning.  Great news, right?  Well, not so great once I took a look out at my backyard. Snow.  Lots of it. So eventually I motivated myself to throw some clothes on and go outside to help clear the street.  I'd heard a couple of people out there already trying to get to work, so a feeling of guilt made me go out to do my part in front of the house.  I grabbed my shovel (which looks just like the one on the left) and headed outside. Here's what it looked like before.  Twenty minutes later it looked a little better.  And don't tell me I missed some spots.  You come do it!  Now I need to get cleaned up and figure out how to get the thirty miles to school. It's still snowing, by the way. 7:23:22 AM     |
