Tell a Story

Manager or Leader, how do you know? An HBR article gives an idea. Here is the test. You are given a picture. It is of a young boy, holding a violin. Then you are asked to tell a short story about the picture.

The story you tell will reveal your leanings, either manger or leader. How? That's something I'll leave for next time. Until then, what story would you tell?..........
