Certifiably certifiable
In a surprise to my ownself, today I passed a Microsoft certification exam. The test was test 76-210, (the equivalent of 70-210) Microsoft Certified professional Exam for Windows 2000 Professional. I had heard that Microsoft was offering the exam for free to education professionals. The catch was the test had to be taken by May 28th and that date was right around the corner! I had little to lose but had almost no time to study. But, I thought the testing procedure would be worthwhile in its own right so I signed up. It was a long three hour test and I passed. This was the weekend of the great bike rally. It was great seeing friends, especially Elaine. Elaine is a great friend and an old whine and diner. I hadn't seen her since last winter in Southern California. It was also fun seeing Miguel and others, including other Whine and Dine regulars!
