Lost my head!
Far from purrrfect
Noro gato: As you can see, the cat is making some progress, except I ripped his head off last night. I had the little feline all done up to the ears, but the neck was too long--he looked more like a Slithus than a kitty. (Do any of you remember the B-grade, 'horror movie featuring the long-necked Slithus? I don't, but will consult my brother, Uncle Scrotor, who runs ParroTalk Forums. He'll know.) The head also seemed a bit misshappen with both ears positioned toward the back and a noggin that all in all seemed too small for the body. Feeling somewhat stymied. The free pattern didn't come with a photo. Sigh.
Oh, and can I just state for the record how much I loath knitting in the round on double points. Yick.
