Bathroom consistency Is there a specified protocol as to how bathrooms are supposed to be arranged, when they are arranged together? I have always been accostumed to having the men's room on the left, and the women's room on the right. Or so I thought, until I was in one of the academic buildings recently and noticed that on the ground floor, the two were reversed. Ironically, they are in the regular position on the floor above.
I was curious, as it seems habitual to me for some reason, to always assume that the men's room is the one on the left, and if that is a universal principle, why is it that way?
The wanderings of my nomadic mind...

Hope no one heard I like this song so much, I think I actually broke out and started singing it out loud, which I don't do all that often (and for good reason, you should be happy <g> )
