Spam -- The tide is turning
The FTC released a report yesterday from a research project they did on the amount of spam being received today, and the amount of it that is being effectively blocked. The results are encouraging. There's still an awful lot of email spam, but filtering is working. The study also shows that "masking" your email address if you post it on the Web is super helpful in preventing it from beign harvested.
