Michelle Bachelet was sworn in as Chile's president last week. Now, check this out, not only is she a woman, but she is an agnostic. What's her secret? The US has yet to elect a woman president, and everyone of our politicians must pass some sort of religion test. How come this little South American country is more progressive than us?
