Atkins and Your Health High Fat [news via RamosInc] This story from CNN about a study linking Atkins to health risks was passed along to me. This study actually only looks at a rare disease that would not impact most of us, but I still can't believe that ingesting fat and protein alone is worth the larger health risks to lose weight.
