Arrived at our Kaukauna drop yard and found out my next load was just being picked up in Michigan. Look's like it's the hurry-up-and-wait game. Oh well, I'll listen to the UNDEFEATED Wisconsin Badgers against the Minnesota Gophers football game. And I'll wash the tractor. Er...make that try to wash the tractor. I drove 10 miles to the only auto-truck wash place in the area. When I arrived there, they weren't open. Go figure. Here I was ready to spend a couple of my own bucks to wash the truck and the place was closed. It would be really nice for the company to install a wash bay at every company drop yard. That way, when you do have some down time, you can keep your truck nice and shiny.
Well, I'll be heading to Pennsylvania once my trailer arrives. Sounds like a good time for a nap!
miles driven = 381
