Common sense ain't always common, though... This is related to my earlier posting about Alwin's pancake batter delivery technique... McGee pondered thusly: Perhaps the most curious thing about this item is the notion that asking the WIIFM question should be something newsworthy. For folks who have a love of technology <*whistling innocently* /> remembering this single point is one key to avoiding over-engineering a solution or developing a solution that is never used by those who are supposed to use it. Also, addressing the WIIFThem is a key when making the sales pitches for the solution, too.
