pyobjc hits 1.0

Cool. It looks like PyObjC has hit 1.0. Now I'll have to actually try using it for something.

For those that don't know, PyObjC provides a way to write Cocoa programs in Python. So Python can have a real Mac OS X GUI without using something like wxPython (although wxPython is quite cool in and of itself).

a theory about the attack

This is an interesting interpretation of the tiger attack that put Roy in the hospital.

I don't know if I buy it, but it seems clear to me that if the tiger had meant to kill Roy, he'd be dead.

the new 20

I tracked down one of the new US twenty dollar bills.

I'm glad we're putting more color into the bills now, finally catching up to the rest of the world. The front looks okay, but the little "20"'s all over the back make it look kind of ugly. Okay, US money is generally ugly, but those little yellowish 20's look like a form of pox.
