Just finished installing Panther and the developer tools. Expose is really cool, and works very smoothly. Fast User Switching is really cool, and is also smooth, but I don't know if I'd ever use it, since I'm the only one that uses the Powerbook.

The whole system feels a bit faster. I'd say that so far it's been a win.
