Richardson for President?

Coyote Gulch found this interesting speculation about Al Gore on Oval Office 2008 today. Mr. Owen writes, "Could former Vice-President Al Gore finally be about to re-enter the political Big Top? Not only does the New York Post think so, it also believes that Gore is the main reason Hillary Clinton has been getting so animated lately."

Salazar to support John Roberts
Colorado Pols is running a statement from U.S. Senator Ken Salazar's office. Salazar intends to support John Roberts. Salazar writes, "In the West, you take people at their word. Based on the word given by Judge John Roberts, I will cast my vote for his confirmation as Chief Justice of the United States."

The pro Referendums C and D crowd is getting organized, according to the Denver Post [September 25, 2005, "C, D supporters pick up steam"]. From the article, "Supporters of the budget measures on this fall's ballot are stirring to life after a slow-motion start that let opponents set a faster pace in the debate over whether the proposals translate to a tax hike."
