Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon stated that he wished to go to this week's Arab League summit in Beirut to present Israel's position on the Saudi peace initiative. Meanwhile Arafat is afraid that if he goes there he won’t be allowed to return.

How about stopping the terror attacks, that could help guarantee a return ticket
