Adobe v. Macromedia : First round to Adobe
This has always seemed like a bizarre case, but Adobe have won in this instance - why are Adobe bothering with this? Concentrate on better products, don't bother squabbling in court over Tabbed Palettes of all things! Macromedias counter-suit is still to come...

Flash Remoting
Flash remoting is a toolkit for interfacing with Coldfusion MX and other application servers. This will be one of the most used features of Flash in the future as it's essential for Flash to interact with web applications and services.
