So Frank selected his daughter Lisa to take his US Senate seat. Now, if a Democrat had done that, the resulting firestorm from the Republicans would have denuded every living thing in Alaska. Talk about a double standard. But to be fair, every single Republican I've talked to today is absolutely appalled.
I happen to like Lisa, but as much as I like her, she did not earn this. And I think her Dad did her a horrible disservice. Plus what is Government Hill going to do without her in Juneau?
