So, this big, not-yet-publicly-disclosed project team that I'm a member of, is amazingly diverse. As an example, this morning, I was in a technical meeting - a very technical meeting. The agenda included web services, app servers, java, .NET, biztalk, source control, hardware sizing, etc. Anyhoo, there were thirteen of us: 3 - Indian men (sub continent of India Indian). 2 - African American men. 1 - Mexican male (the team lead). 1 - Aussie male. 1 - Russian male. 2 - Caucasian American men. 3 - Caucasian American women. This is a great group - very smart, fun, and everyone works extremely well together. Of course, they are all soooooo young - late 20's to mid 30's.
