We had the most marvelous Thanksgiving. Peter, Susie, Alix and I spent a very relaxing day and then headed over to Aron and Pat Wolf's for dinner at 4:00 PM. The evening brought back memories of many Thanksgivings I experienced when growing up - Mom and I would go over to Mary and Lou Cassetta's for the day. The weather would be wintry, but Mary and Lou's home would be warm and light and filled with most wonderful intelligent, artistic, interesting, and eclectic dinner companions. I so miss all of those people. But last night was a comparable evening.

Present at dinner last night, were the four different people who have been lucky enough to have Crapbox as their primary mode of transportation throughout the last year. Crapbox is now a loaner vehicle that goes out to friends in need.
From left to right: Dan, who drove Crapbox from December of last year through April of this year.
Me - owner of Crapbox.
Kyra, who is now driving Crapbox and will continue to drive Crapbox until she leaves for D.C. and her new job in the State Department.
Alix, who drove Crapbox all summer.
I love this picture - it is definitely winter and you can tell. It's cold (about ten degrees) and snowy. But we're all colorfully bundled up and having a good time.

Susie, Peter, and Alix obviously think something is very amusing.

Robin - don't read the next sentence.
And boy, did it taste good!
