HAPPY THANKSGIVING We're in the midst of a very nice but very frigid Thanksgiving. It was 16 below zero at Mom's house this morning. BRRRRR!!!!! However, it warmed up to zero at our house, so Clemmie and I went for a cold, but not frigid, walk on the Coastal Trail. We saw lots of very frosted over runners. Speaking of runners, Peter and Aron braved the cold and did a five mile run. All this activity, is of course, in preparation for The Big Feast - which gets underway at 4:00 PM at Aron and Pat's. The Lady Seawolves Howl in Triumph The big news around here is that the UAA Women's Basketball team beat Clemson to win the Women's shootout. Very very exciting stuff!!!! It's only the third time that a Division II basketball team (men or women's) has won a tournament composed mainly of Division I teams. We Alaskans are very happy for UAA! 2:09:47 PM    comment []
