On Instapundit: JUSTIN WEITZ HAS POSTED an open letter to human rights organizations about Ikhlas Khouli, the Palestinian mother who was "executed" for alleged collaboration with Israel.  Ikhlas Khouli was arrested for "collaborating with Israel" by the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, a branch of Yasser Arafat's Fatah organization. Khouli was taken from her home, tortured, and promptly put to death without trial. Mrs. Khouli was killed not on the basis of eyewitness testimony. She was not executed after a lengthy trial. She was executed on the word of her 17-year-old son, who was tortured so horribly that he invented the story of his mother as a collaborator. How cruel torture must be for a son to accuse his mother of crimes she has not committed. 8:23:18 PM
