Tom Braman points out a great speech by former Governor Leavitt delivered to the EPA web group. After reviewing Utah's efforts which culminated in achieving the Best of the Web award in 2003, Administrator Leavitt challenges his team:
I believe that the Environmental Protection Agency's Web site can be the very best in the federal government. It can be the best environmental Web site in the world. And I look forward to working with you to make sure that it is so.
I believe that he'll do it.
