Jack Schofield of the Guardian wonders why more businesses haven't adopted blogging as a strategic tool:
It's quick, it's easy, it's effective, and it is either free or so cheap that the price doesn't really matter. I am amazed that businesses and government organisations have not jumped on the bandwagon.

On another note, we are looking at participating in a sourceforge project for implementation of a new internal system at ITS. It looks very exciting and will give more of our developers an opportunity to participate in an open-source, collaborative project.
