Ray Ozzie in the NY Times & .NET Delivering in the industry Insightful article in today's NY times by Ray Ozzie on how computing can help people work together. Current issue of SD Times [Dec 01 '02] has a special report on Microsoft's .NET adaptation rate in the industry. Highlighted are the .NET migration effort in the venerable website of the NY Times. Two other industry firms (UPS & Diebold) show other effective .NET applications. Interestingly, the industry's .NET adaptation is not a blanket but an incremental approach - ASP.NET, ADO.NET and .NET Remoting head the list.
