*Lex Loci (revisited in Australia) Back in October,  a weblog posting regarding Cyberspace Law concluded with the statement - 'If cross-border telespaces are a part of your business transactions - under which nation state's jurisdiction does the Groove Telespace lie ? It appears that Cyberspace legal jurisidiction is a serious matter again [also in  NY Times] - An Australian court has ruled that a civil case against a US firm (Dow Jones publishers) can be heard in Australia. Dow Jones' website posting is alleged to be libellous. This is a case worth following. *law of the place 7:39:47 AM
