No US stamps on Chess! Interestingly, there are no US postage stamps that commemorate the game of chess. An online chess stamp catalog shows numerous countries that have published chess stamps but unfortunately, none by the US. I even searched eBay to be sure - nada. The Deep Blue match was a major milestone in Computer Science - even the ACM awarded Feng-hsiung Hsu (IBM Deep Blue Team member) with the prestigious ACM/Grace Murray Hopper award. IBM has donated part of Deep Blue to the Smithsonian's National Museum of American History and it would be very fitting to commemorate Deep Blue with a postage stamp. 9:30:52 AM
