DPRK Update (Agonist) North Korea Review. North Korea Review :: Agonist exclusive Delegates have been chosen for next week�fs talks in Beijing. The North Koreans have chosen a young Africa Specialist with close ties to China. The Chinese delegate will not be the more senior Dai Bingguo who was responsible for bringing Washington to the table a few weeks ago in a flurry of secretive meetings. The North Koreans have firmly turned down any possibility of early inspections by the six-nation group attending the Beijing talks. Japan has ruled out the possibility of deploying any troops to Iraq this year. Japanese officials have taken a stand against any US-NK non-aggression pact saying it would leave Japan open to attack from NK and could force Japan to develop nuclear weapons as a deterrent.
