The N&R's Allen Johnson scratches his head as to why everyone is not all up in arms over the now admitted transgressions of Judge William Daisy... "The lack of local outrage about all this continues to confound..."
As for me, I just figured the system was working on Judge Daisy and justice would be served and such service is indeed occuring. All I, or anyone else, could add to the slow turns of the wheels of justice would be... zilch. He screwed up, he got 'caught', and like any other citizen he is paying the unsavory price of public humiliation.
Johnson then wonders how Judge Daisy would regard Judge Daisy if Judge Daisy had come before Judge Daisy's bench seeking leniancy... again. He thinks the now retired/disgraced District Court Judge Daisy would not have a very accommodating ear for the Judge Daisys of the world... "Fool me once, shame on you, I can hear him saying."
