Jerry's laptop was stolen, which has effectively ground his good work to a crawl.  I suggested to him today that such a plight is as good a reason as I have ever heard to hold an on-line fund-raiser.

Lowanna has her take on today's Chapel Hill confab.  She gets my nod for best review of the event so far because of her Greensboro-centric outlook.  She says it was a pleasure meeting me, but in reality, the pleasure was all mine.

I agree with Sue on two counts... the room sucked and Cone needs to host a talk show... As for the room, it was free so what can we really say, except thanks UNC?  As for Ed, I've often thought he would be good at a Greensboro version of one of my favorite radio shows out of Charlotte.
