Healthy Organizations
I just finished writing an article on Lean Thinking and my editorial for the November issue of Automation World. I interviewed several people who implemented lean in their organizations, and each talked about the need for a culture change. Looking at this NYT article, how does your organization rate? Think you could accomplish a culture change to improve your manufacturing (or any) processes? Or are you working in a passive-aggressive atmosphere?
