Oak Park at work [from Gapersblock.com]
Checkout the site about Capping the Eisenhower Expressway. They had proposed this a long time ago. I think it would be a great idea. Go Oak Park!

Give Credit to Edmund [posted by Troy]
Some of you won't know my friend Edmund, who is a graduate of the University of Illinois, but you probably will know about the result of his work as prayer chain member for the Fighting Illini. Mr. Edmund is chain #349,839. When he gets the call from #349,838, he then calls #349,840. Clearly, the prayer chain held strong, and the Word of the Orange and Blue was heard. As Edmund frequently quotes from the Old Testament:

"Why spend money on what is not bread,
and your labor on what does not satisfy?
Listen, listen to me, and eat what is good,
and your soul will delight in the richest of fare"
[Isaiah 55:2 (New International Version)]
