No More Live Music [posted by Troy] Well, Mr. Burns is back in business over at his blog. He really wanted us to be sure that we memorized every word of his December 8th Post, which is why he left it there for over three months. Now, he has assumed that we understand the true meaning of this post and has decided to cover other content. Naturally, we are waiting for Brewer to get back in business, but he really wants us to know that .

Hear about this one? [potsed by Troy] Checkout this Tribune article about changing the name of Illinois to the "State of Abraham Lincoln." How about "we're a bunch of nutballs?" Secret Service goes to college... [posted by Troy] Since I've spent some good times at Columbia College (not as a student, but as a visitor) and since we have several Columbia alums who read this blog, I thought I should post this story about the secret service threatening an artist who was exhibiting work at the college. Big brother? Stalin's Soviet Union? Republicans? What's the difference?
