I am not going to comment much, but I will say that it is sad stereotypes are true. I'll let the article speak for itself. Sometimes it makes you wonder if all of us are in the same country.

Today Lance Armstrong announced that he will retire after this year's Tour de France. Out of respect for Armstrong, Kim & I have decided not to ride this years TOMRV. We want to keep the spotlight focused on the great champion.

Check this article about the boom of Bucktown. I used to know a few artists who were paving the way for yuppies in Wicker Park. Now, it looks like the overflow has hit Bucktown. I've heard that some of the Young Urban Professinals are going to be heading to Oak Park. I've love to be able to join them, but those of us in Uptown may not be able to swing it!
