Cleaning House
I'm doing a bit of a spring cleanse. It's something I did in the winter too, and I felt great. This time however, I'm feeling tired and grumpy with a big headache. Not sure why it's so different now. The package on the herbs I'm taking says I might have a couple of days of feeling lousy before I start to feel good. This is Day 2, so I hope that after today, I'll start to get my energy and good humour back.
