After today's performance, I think the 1337 hax0r phrase is in order to describe today's disappointing Ravens' performance.  I still think that if they are going to embarrass themselves with such a penalized performance, why not try to completely destroy the NFL record for most penalties in a game

Oh well, time to be domestic.

Fall has arrived, with a cool Sunday morning following the monsoon of the last two days.  Welcome back, old friend.  My windows are open in my tiny hovel to enjoy your cool air.

I have been up and about for a little while.  I listened to Weekend Edition Sunday, and then I promptly turned WYPR off just as A Prairie Home Companion began.  How does anyone find that show listenable?  I just don't get it.

I have caught up on my news, and I enjoyed an article at CNN.com about a book on how to pickup women.  Sounds like something I need to purchase.  ;-)

It is time for me to go forth and obtain the warm nectar of the gods known as coffee.  After that, I I will cheer the Ravens on against the Detroit Lions.  I will watch with one eye covered as the Ravens offense takes the field, with their offensive line that is much like a turnstile.  It is so nice to actually have the weather agreeing with the sport on the field--nothing pains me more than watching football in warm weather--football is meant for the cold crisp days of Fall and Winter.
