The sixth in a series of lectures 'The Healthy Sportsman and Overtraining' arranged with Portsmouth University will be at Steyning AC on 6 December, see the attached flyer.
It is worth 2 renewal licence points to coaches. Dr Ansley is a recognised authority on Over Training Syndrome.
