Kjersti having fun training in Beitostolen, Norway

01.11. - "Today was my first day of training again. I race walked 10 km in the morning. My legs and my body felt fine, but my heart rate was high. I am not in my best shape after my rest! After lunch we packed the car and drove to Beitostølen, it was a 5 hour drive. We had good driving conditions almost all the way to Beitostølen, only the last 25 km had snow or ice on the road. Both Stephan and I looked forward to be together with the Norwegian Biathlon National Team for little more than one week."
