Lots of pointers to the Big Fat Lie story in the times. I hold fast to the motto "You are what you eat". Think about it. Try some whole foods once in a while. Eat a grape, but spin it round your mouth for a minute or two first, explore its texture and how diferent stages of chewing produce slightly different taste. If you actually did this experiment, you will like reading the Diamond Diet.
