Brent Simmons wishes for an OS X version of Photoshop Elements, or for about one-third of the SRP, Graphic Converter.

I still think a simple, low-cost image editor for OS X would be useful. Something with just the very basic features of Photoshop at a tenth the price. iPhoto is not that app. (Which is okay; it's not meant to be.)

Doc blinks to Glenn's iPhoto-generated online photo album. And cuts himself a new one, while he's at it.

Glenn has some pix too. I look like Wilford Brimley on 'ludes.

Doc slays and amazes me with his ability to turn a phrase.

Now I've got this image of ol' Wilford banging his head repeatedly with a large ball peen hammer (a very close approximation of the effect of a Quualude, for those of y'all who weren't around for the seamy side of the 70's), stumbling, drooling and weaving around the MacWorld convention hallways then plopping down in front of a laptop. It's almost as bad as getting some lousy song stuck in my head. Thanks for that one, Doc.

I think Doc has a blogging regimen like 'just' a half-hour in the morning to crank out some thoughts. But I could be wrong. Pretty dang effective use of time, if you asked me.
