Hard to comment on this news - as I really believe in NASA, but I have troubles when the details don't sound quite right. This story seems to be saying that NASA should have known more about the possiblity of a failure. The NASA folks seem to be saying that 'we fixed that and something else happened'. This feels like finger pointing instead of facts about what happened and how to avoid such problems. We'll just have to keep waiting for the actual report in August.
