Interesting comments on the Presidential press conference
These kind of statements just take me back to memories from before the election. Golden quotes like:

"The senator has got to understand if he's going to have [~] he can't have it both ways. He can't take the high horse and then claim the low road." [~]George W. Bush, in Feb. 2000

I've been wondering where these kinds of statements have gone for a while. Very carefully scripted talking points seems to be the answer. It just doesn't feel right.

Revealed: the secret cabal which spun for Blair/Bush
"Operation Rockingham, established by the Defence Intelligence Staff within the Ministry of Defence in 1991 , was set up to 'cherry-pick' intelligence proving an active Iraqi WMD programme and to ignore and quash intelligence which indicated that Saddam's stockpiles had been destroyed or wound down"

This news just makes you wonder... 1991, wow.

Now that's what I call rain...
Wow - The sky defintely opened over New England today. I drove from Shrewsbury to Burlington and found some of the largest puddles I've ever seen (lots of fun to drive through... this must be the substitution for splashing around in the little puddles when you aren't little). I took the backroads today which usually translates into about an hour drive, this was an hour and twenty minutes - not too much of a delay. Really quite an amazing downpour.
